2-Year Anniversary Terms & Conditions
These KAST 2nd Anniversary Dining Offer Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the dining promotion (the "Promotion") organized by Troia Corp and its affiliates ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with the KAST platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Service Agreement, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
- Hold a valid KAST account in good standing;
- Hold and use an eligible KAST card;
- Have completed identity verification where required;
- Be legally permitted to participate under the laws of your country of residence.
The offer is personal and non-transferable. The Company may verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.
2. Promotion period
The Promotion runs from July 1, 2026 to July 2, 2026, from 00:00 UTC on July 1, 2026 until 23:59 UTC on July 2, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
Transactions completed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time where permitted by law.
3. How to qualify
Within the Promotion Period, you must make a qualifying restaurant purchase using your KAST card.
To qualify:
- Pay at a restaurant using your KAST card during the Promotion Period;
- The transaction must fall under an eligible dining merchant category code ("MCC") as determined by the Company;
- The transaction must be successfully completed and not refunded, reversed, cancelled, or disputed;
- The transaction must comply with these Terms and any other applicable KAST terms.
Qualifying dining spend is tracked manually by the Company based on eligible dining MCCs and Company records.
4. Eligible spend categories
Eligible spend for this Promotion is limited to transactions in the merchant category codes ("MCCs") listed below, as determined by the Company.
Approved merchant categories
Transactions outside eligible categories, including cash withdrawals, transfers, fees, refunds, reversed transactions, cancelled transactions, disputed transactions, or transactions that the Company determines to be suspicious, abusive, or ineligible, do not qualify.
5. Reward
Qualifying participants receive 20% back on qualifying restaurant spend, up to $100 of eligible spend, for a maximum reward of $20 (the "Reward").
The Reward is limited to one Reward per user during the Promotion Period.
Rewards will be credited to the participant's KAST account after the Promotion ends and within 5 business days, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
No manual claim is required. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash unless stated. Rewards are credited subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
6. Anniversary merch
Participants may also be invited to post their dinner and tag @KASTxyz to unlock exclusive KAST anniversary merch, while supplies last.
Merch availability is limited and subject to eligibility, verification, quantity limits, fulfillment requirements, and any additional instructions shared by the Company. Posting or tagging @KASTxyz does not guarantee merch unless confirmed by the Company.
The Company may determine merch eligibility, fulfillment method, and availability at its sole discretion where permitted by law.
7. Verification
The Company's tracking systems and records are final and binding. The Company may require verification checks before crediting Rewards or confirming merch eligibility.
Failure to pass verification, failure to comply with these Terms, or any suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation may result in disqualification, forfeiture of the Reward, or cancellation of merch eligibility.
8. Prohibited conduct
Participants may not use multiple accounts, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, manipulate transactions, split or structure transactions to abuse the Promotion, create artificial or non-genuine spend, or violate any applicable laws or Company policies.
The Company may disqualify participants, withhold Rewards, revoke Rewards already credited, or cancel merch eligibility if prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
9. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges arising from a Reward or merch received in connection with the Promotion. The Company does not provide tax advice.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Promotion, Rewards, and any merch are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for technical issues, system failures, delayed or misdirected transactions, delays in Reward crediting, delays in merch fulfillment, or any losses arising from participation in the Promotion, use of Rewards, or receipt or use of merch.
11. Privacy
Participation may require the collection and use of personal data in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to such processing for administration, verification, Reward distribution, merch fulfillment, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
12. Modification or termination
The Company may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, Rewards, merch availability, or these Terms at any time where permitted by law, including in cases of fraud, abuse, technical failure, operational issues, legal or regulatory concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class or representative action.
